  • Absolutely! We respect that you’ve invited us into your very private space of home or work and we uphold our industries’ confidentiality policies and code of ethics.

  • That depends on the size of your project and how quickly you can make decisions. Very small projects can be accomplished in a day; others may take several sessions spread out over weeks or months. Move projects can happen quickly in the case of emergency health needs or over spread out over time if appropriate. We provide estimates of time once we understand the scope of your project.

  • Costs vary widely depending on the project. We can provide estimates for your project after discussing the specifics with you and are always happy to discuss ways to make the project fit your budget. For organizing services we offer packages of time and straight hourly rates. Move projects are usually estimated by the job with a percentage deposit required to reserve time. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

  • Probably one of the most valuable resources we offer is knowing a variety of recycling and reuse places to take things clients’ don’t want in order to keep them out of landfill. Shopping resources to find and purchase storage solutions to fit clients’ style and budget. In addition, we provide clients with reliable referrals to numerous other types of businesses such as handymen, haulers, movers, and senior helpers to meet their other needs.

  • Senior Move Management is the profession that assists older adults, individuals, and families with downsizing, relocation or simplifying their homes.

    We can help with some or all of the following:

    - Developing an overall move or "age in place" plan
    - Organizing, sorting and downsizing
    - Customized floor plans
    - Arranging for the profitable disposal of unwanted items through auction, estate sale, buy-out, consignment, donation, or a combination of the above
    - Interviewing, scheduling and overseeing movers
    - Arranging shipments and storage
    - Supervise and oversight of professional packing
    - Unpacking and setting up the new home
    - Related services, such as cleaning, waste removal, shopping, senior escort, assisting with selection of a realtor and helping prepare the home to be sold.
