Meet The Company
Our foundational philosophy is living life by design, not by default. We know the importance of being supportive and guiding people to achieve successes that have eluded them. We know how to motivate people and get them past being stuck. Our clients feel great about breaking through to a higher level of satisfaction and success and we feel great about helping set them up to live the life they envision.
DMA Organizing was founded in 2002. We work to create functional spaces that people love to use. We believe there is a harmony that happens when a person’s home truly supports and matches the unique life or lives of the people who live there. In 2016 we added senior move management to our services. It is a natural complement to home organizing and we love helping seniors and their families navigate the complexity of a move.
We create a safe, confidential, nonjudgmental partnership with clients. As members of the National Association of Productivity & Professional Organizers (NAPO) and the National Association of Senior & Specialty Move Managers (NASMM) we have access to extensive resources and ongoing training.
Meet The Team
Dana Arkinzadeh, Founder & Business Manager
After over a decade in corporate work, In 2001 I had an “aha” moment when I discovered the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO). One of the first things I thought was, “what a fun job!”
Soon after, I launched DMA Organizing. Being a professional organizer allows me to use some of my strongest skills and experience: creative problem solving and personal communication. My love of organizing comes naturally to me and my techniques for organizing have evolved from years of practice in homes and businesses.
As DMA Organizing has grown, I built a team I was confident would deliver the same high level of skill and personal care that are essential to my business. I love the team model of sharing ideas and resources to support our clients and I enjoy the different skills and strength each team member brings to our group.
Emily, Team Member
Emily has been organizing houses professionally since 2017 and for DMA since 2021. She loves puzzles, sorting projects, and finding homes for everything. She also hosts a monthly dance event, runs weddings, and likes to hold handstands while waiting for the microwave.
Anita, Team Member
Anita has been specializing in professional organizing and private consulting since 2014. She joined DMA in 2019.
Anita has managed numerous of our client moves—both local and out-of-state. She offers humor and a fun collaborative approach to what can seem like a daunting, difficult task. In addition to providing guidance and support to adult children for senior moves, Anita has decades of experience working with kids and teens.
Anita brings with her extensive special needs advocacy and direct care experience —including working with clients who have struggled with ADHD, learning disorders, mental health issues, cognitive and physical challenges, and those who are dealing with grief/loss, major life transitions, and relocation.
